Brickstone works directly with departmental personnel to gain a detailed understanding of organizational requirements and develop appropriate project criteria and objectives. Our involvement will assure an optimum alignment of scope, schedule and budget at the earliest stages of the project.

Our priority is to keep the project team goal focused. As an Owners Representative, a client can take advantage of Brickstone data center design experience to ensure that design professionals are engineering solutions that meet the business objectives and adhere to industry standards.

Also, as Owners Representative, a client can take advantage of Brickstone’s data center construction expertise to ensure contractors and vendors are performing to contract requirements as well as industry standards.

We start by defining your needs and requirements, then moving on from there. We prepare the necessary RFI /RFP documents. We define the project for you and take care of the selection of the suppliers through properly structured tenders. We take responsibility for the quality of work carried by continually monitoring progress of suppliers as well as working as a central communication point for the whole project to avoid any mistakes or misunderstandings.
